For the second ColdWeather Advisory, very cold wind chills as low as 14 belowexpected.* WHERE...Southeast Fayette, Southeast Nicholas, and SoutheastRaleigh Counties.* WHEN...For the Extreme Cold Warning, until 4 PM EST thisafternoon. For the first Cold Weather Advisory, from 7 PM thisevening to 9 AM EST Tuesday.
