For the first Cold Weather Advisory, very coldwind chills as low as 11 below expected. For the second ColdWeather Advisory, very cold wind chills as low as 13 belowexpected.* WHERE...Northwest Randolph, Northwest Webster, Barbour, Upshur,and Northwest Nicholas Counties.* WHEN...For the Extreme Cold Warning, until 4 PM EST thisafternoon. For the first Cold Weather Advisory, from 7 PM thisevening to 9 AM EST Tuesday. For the second Cold Weather Advisory,from 1 AM to 9 AM EST Wednesday.* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 10 below zero couldresult in hypothermia if precautions are not taken.
