Interior lowlands 20 to 25 degrees F, and 10 to 20degrees F through the Columbia River Gorge, and Upper Hood RiverValley.* WHERE...The Lower Elevations of Northwest Oregon, and The LowerElevations of Southwest Washington.* WHEN...Until 10 AM PST this morning.* IMPACTS...Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skinis exposed to these temperatures. Very cold temperatures can leadto hypothermia with prolonged exposure.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Easterly winds through the Columbia RiverGorge will lead to hazardous wind chill temperatures within theGorge and Portland/Vancouver Metro Area.
