Flood Advisory issued November 18 at 7:42PM CST until November 23 at 12:00PM CST by NWS Norman OK...The Flood Advisory continues for the following rivers inOklahoma...Cimarron River near Waynoka affecting Woods, Major and WoodwardCounties.* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.* WHERE...Cimarron River near Waynoka.* WHEN...Until early Saturday afternoon.* IMPACTS...At 8.0 feet, Bankfull conditions exist along the river...and some overflows may occur over some low-lying areas near theriver. The river reach affected extends from near Freedomupstream... to the U.S. Highway 281 crossing south of LittleSahara State Park near Waynoka... to near Orienta in Major County.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 6:30 PM CST Monday the stage was 7.2 feet.- Bankfull stage is 8.0 feet.- Forecast...The river will rise to 7.8 feet tomorrow morning.It will then fall to 7.5 feet early Wednesday morning. Itwill rise to 7.6 feet early Thursday morning to a broadcrest.
