Winds gusting as high as35 mph will produce some blowing and drifting snow in open areas.* WHERE...Wayne, Northern Cayuga, and Oswego Counties.* WHEN...Until 7 AM EST Thursday.* IMPACTS...Travel will be difficult at times with snow coveredroads. Areas of blowing snow will reduce visibility. The hazardousconditions will impact the Wednesday morning and evening commutes.Lake effect snow will fall in relatively narrow bands.
