Winds gusting ashigh as 45 mph.* WHERE...Portions of east central New York and southern Vermont.* WHEN...Until 1 AM EST Monday.* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, willlikely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery roadconditions. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow will continue before transitioning to awintry mix this morning. Gusty winds along with the weight of snowand ice on trees could result in some downed tree branches leadingto some power outages.If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water inyour vehicle in case of an emergency.Be prepared for slippery roads.
