A few brief bursts of heavy snow maymove through the area Wednesday morning.* WHERE...Niagara and Northern Erie Counties.* WHEN...Until 6 PM EST Wednesday.* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Areas of blowing snowwill significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditionswill impact the Wednesday morning and evening commutes. Gustywinds will down tree branches and cause isolated power outages.Periods of snow will result in snow covered roads and limitedvisibilities.
