Additional snow accumulationsbetween 6 to 15 inches along and south of interstate 90, includingthe City of Utica. Additional snow accumulations between 15 to 28inches north of interstate 90, including Rome, Camden, Florenceand Sylvan beach. Lesser snow amounts between 5 to 10 inches areexpected over the northeast corner of Oneida county, including theBoonville and Woodgate areas. Winds gusting between 40 to 60 mphtoday will create significant blowing and drifting snow.* WHERE...Northern Oneida and Southern Oneida Counties.* WHEN...Until 6 AM EST Wednesday.* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. Areas ofblowing snow could significantly reduce visibility.
