For theCold Weather Advisory, from 10 PM this evening to 10 AM ESTTuesday.* IMPACTS...Gusty winds cause areas of blowing and drifting snow.Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.Bitterly cold wind chills as low as 25 below zero will causefrostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.Use extra caution when driving, especially if operating a highprofile vehicle.
