The heaviest and mostimpactful snowfall is expected through Tuesday night.* WHEN...Until 7 AM EST Wednesday.* IMPACTS...Travel will be very difficult to impossible with verypoor visibility and deep snow cover on roads. Some major roadwayssuch as Interstate 81 could temporarily close.During lake effect snow, the weather can vary from bands of locallyheavy snow with greatly reduced visibilities to dry conditions justa few miles away.
