A few brief bursts of heavy snow maymove through the area Wednesday morning.* WHERE...Wayne and Northern Cayuga Counties.* WHEN...Until 4 AM EST Thursday.* IMPACTS...Travel will be difficult with snow covered roads. Areasof blowing snow will significantly reduce visibility. Thehazardous conditions will impact the Wednesday morning and eveningcommutes. Gusty winds will down tree branches and cause isolatedpower outages.Periods of snow will result in snow covered roads and limitedvisibilities.
