Whiteout conditions are expected and will maketravel treacherous and potentially life-threatening. Travel couldbe very difficult. Widespread blowing snow could significantlyreduce visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact theWednesday morning and evening commutes.If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water inyour vehicle in case of an emergency.
