Wind chill values can lead tohypothermia with prolonged exposure.Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, ahat, and gloves.Make frequent checks on older family, friends, and neighbors. Ensureportable heaters are used correctly. Do not use generators or grillsinside.
