Thestrong winds and weight of snow on tree limbs may down power linesand could cause sporadic power outages. Travel could be verydifficult along Interstate 68 and on US-40 west of Big SavageMountain. The hazardous conditions look to worsen during theovernight hours.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snowfall rates around 0.5 to 1 inch per hourare possible at times through Thursday morning especially inembedded snow squalls. Wind chills of 10 to -10 are expected attimes through Thursday.Slow down and use caution while traveling.
