The strong winds and weight ofsnow on tree limbs may down power lines and could cause sporadicpower outages. Significant ice accumulation on power lines andtree limbs may cause widespread and long-lasting power outages.Whiteout conditions are possible and may make travel treacherousand potentially life-threatening. Power outages and tree damageare likely due to the ice.
