Total snow and sleetaccumulations between 1 and 3 inches and ice accumulations up toone half of an inch. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph. A flashfreeze is possible this afternoon and evening as temperatures fallrapidly.* WHERE...In Kansas, Bourbon County. In Missouri, Cedar, St. Clair,and Vernon Counties.* WHEN...Until 6 AM CST Monday.* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, willlikely become slick and hazardous.Persons should consider delaying all travel.
