Frostbite andhypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is exposed to thesetemperatures. Low visibility could make driving conditionshazardous. Black ice may develop anywhere dense fog is encountered.If driving, slow down, use your headlights, and leave plenty ofdistance ahead of you.Use caution while traveling outside.
