Blustery north winds will occasionally gust between20-30 mph, potentially leading to blowing and drifting snow acrossEast-West highways, as well as sporadic power outages.* WHERE...Portions of central, east central, southeast, and westcentral Illinois. Ice accumulations will be confined to areasalong and south of Interstate 70.* WHEN...From late Saturday night through Monday morning.* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, willlikely become slick and hazardous. Travel could be very difficultto impossible.
