Red Flag Warning issued November 4 at 4:56PM PST until November 7 at 7:00AM PST by NWS San Francisco CA...RED FLAG WARNING IN EFFECT TUESDAY MORNING THROUGH THURSDAYMORNING FOR THE BAY AREA AND CENTRAL COAST AS STRONG OFFSHOREWINDS AND CRITICALLY DRY CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED TO DEVELOP....Offshore winds are anticipated to increase early Tuesday morningand persist through Thursday morning. North to northeasterly windgusts will average between 25 and 50 mph, particularly across thehigher terrain of the Santa Cruz Mountains, East Bay Hills, NorthBay Mountains, as well as interior portions of Napa and Sonomacounties. In particular, these areas of Napa and Sonoma countieshave an increased likelihood of wind gusts in excess of 55 mphlate Tuesday and through the day on Wednesday. Afternoon humidityvalues will fall to between 15 and 25 percent.
