General Flood AdvisoryUnder present weather conditions, At 3:00 AM today, the center of the eye of Super Typhoon "PEPITO" {MAN-YI} was estimated based on all available data over the coastal waters of Garchitorena, Camarines Sur (14.4°N, 123.7°E) with maximum sustained winds of 185 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 255 km/h. It is moving West Northwestward at 15 km/h. The 12-hour rainfall forecast is moderate TO OCCASIONAL HEAVY rains. WATERCOURSES STILL LIKELY TO BE AFFECTED : + **Ilocos Norte** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Bulu, Banban, Bacarra-Vintar, Laoag and Quiaoit. + **Pangasinan** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Balincaguing and Alaminos. + **Ilocos Sur** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Lower Abra, Silay-Sta. Maria, Buaya, and Amburayan. + **La Union** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Amburayan, Baroro, Lower Bauang and Aringay.People living near the mountain slopes and in the low lying areas of the above mentioned river systems and the **Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Councils** concerned still advised to take appropriate actions.
