Frostbite and hypothermia will occur ifunprotected skin is exposed to these temperatures.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The coldest wind chills will occur from theovernight to morning hours.Dress in layers including a hat, face mask, and gloves if you mustgo outside.Keep pets indoors as much as possible.Make sure outdoor animals have a warm, dry shelter, food, andunfrozen water.Make frequent checks on older family, friends, and neighbors.
