Higher amounts are possible on the hill tops like SouthMountain, Blue Mountain and the Furnace Hills.* WHERE...A portion of central Pennsylvania.* WHEN...From 4 AM to 10 PM EST Sunday.* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, willlikely become slick and hazardous. Visibilities may drop below 1/4mile due to falling and blowing snow. Travel could be verydifficult.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The heaviest snow will fall between 2 and 6PM EST. Rates of 1 inch per hour or higher are possible duringthat time in intense snow bands.If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water inyour vehicle in case of an emergency.
