Visibilities may drop below 1/4mile due to falling and blowing snow. Travel could be verydifficult.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The heaviest snow will fall between 2 and 6PM EST. Rates of 1 inch per hour or higher are possible duringthat time in intense snow bands.If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water inyour vehicle in case of an emergency.
