Wind chillvalues can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Low temperatures tonight into Tuesday morningwill be in the range of 5 above to 5 below zero with wind chillvalues as low as 20 below zero.Low temperatures Tuesday night into Wednesday morning will be thecoldest of the stretch, ranging from zero to 15 below zero.
