Low watercrossings are inundated with water and may not be passable.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 515 PM CST, Emergency management reported heavy rainoccurred in the warned area due to thunderstorms. Between 3and 8 inches of rain have fallen.- Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall isexpected.- Some locations that will experience flooding include...Fort Smith... Williams Road east ofPanama and some local farm roads are flooded.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 1:30 PM CST Tuesday the stage was 29.1 feet.- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 32.1feet just after midnight tonight.
