The river will spread farther into lowlands,affecting building access roads closer to the river. A fewbuildings closer to the river may be cutoff by the flood waters.The lower part of Cape Owen Manor Road may begin to flood.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 9:50 PM EDT Saturday the stage was 23.9 feet.- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stagelate tonight to a crest of 25.7 feet early tomorrowafternoon.
