Water encroaches onto other properties alongthe south side of the river.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 8:15 PM EDT Saturday the stage was 15.3 feet.- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hoursending at 8:15 PM EDT Saturday was 15.8 feet.- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to 16.9 feetThursday morning.
