Winds gusting as high as 35 mph will create areas ofblowing snow.* WHERE...Chenango, Cortland, Madison, Onondaga, Seneca, SouthernCayuga, and Tompkins Counties.* WHEN...Until 1 PM EST Thursday.* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Areas of blowing snowcould significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditionscould impact the Tuesday evening and Wednesday morning commutes.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...There will be several periods of lake effectsnow with some lulls in the steady lake effect also possible attimes.
