The greatest snowaccumulations are expected across the northern Tug Hill region toareas just south and east of Watertown.* WHEN...From 7 AM Friday to 7 PM EST Monday.* IMPACTS...Travel will be very difficult to impossible within theheaviest portion of the band. The hazardous conditions will impactthe Friday morning and evening commutes.During lake effect snow, the weather can vary from bands of locallyheavy snow with greatly reduced visibilities to dry conditions justa few miles away.
