Flood Advisory issued December 11 at 7:51PM EST until December 11 at 9:00PM EST by NWS Upton NY* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.* WHERE...Portions of northeast New Jersey, including the followingcounties, Bergen and Passaic and southeast New York, including thefollowing counties, Orange, Putnam, Rockland and Westchester.* WHEN...Until 900 PM EST.* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 751 PM EST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Minorflooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in theadvisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen.- Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected overthe area.
