Winds gusting ashigh as 50 mph will result in blowing snow. For the Winter StormWatch, another round of heavy lake effect snow is likely latetonight through Wednesday morning with an additional 9 inches ormore of snow possible.* WHERE...Madison and Onondaga Counties.* WHEN...For the Lake Effect Snow Warning, until 4 PM EST thisafternoon. For the Winter Storm Watch, from late tonight throughWednesday morning.* IMPACTS...Travel could be nearly impossible.
