Total snow accumulations between 2 and 6inches.* WHERE...A portion of central New York.* WHEN...Until 10 PM EST Thursday.* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditionscould impact the Thursday morning and evening commutes.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Valley locations in the advisory are forecastto receive between 1 to 3 inches of snow, with 3 to 6 inchesexpected over the higher elevations. This will be a dense, wetsnowfall, with isolated power outages possible.
