A wind shift is then likely to occuraround 7 PM this evening.* WINDS...Southwest 30 to 40 mph, with gusts up to 60 mph. Thestrong winds will diminish after 1 AM Saturday morning.* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 16 percent.* TEMPERATURES...Up to 83.* COLD FRONT...A cold front will shift winds to the west earlythis evening, resulting in erratic fire behavior on any newfire starts.* IMPACTS...The combination of low relative humidity and strongwind gusts may result in critical fire weather conditionsduring the afternoon and evening hours.A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions areeither occurring now, or will shortly.
