For the Cold Weather Advisory, very coldwind chills as low as 9 below expected.* WHERE...Portions of south central Indiana and east central, northcentral, and northwest Kentucky.* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST /9 AM CST/ Thursday.* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 10 below zero couldresult in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. Frostbite andhypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is exposed to thesetemperatures. Low visibility could make driving conditionshazardous. Black ice may develop anywhere dense fog is encountered.If driving, slow down, use your headlights, and leave plenty ofdistance ahead of you.Use caution while traveling outside.
