For the second Cold Weather Advisory, from 9PM CST /10 PM EST/ this evening to 6 AM CST /7 AM EST/ Wednesday.* IMPACTS...Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skinis exposed to these temperatures.Keep pets indoors as much as possible.Make sure outdoor animals have a warm, dry shelter, food, andunfrozen water.Make frequent checks on older family, friends, and neighbors.
