The 22.0 ft level atBlountstown may at times not be representative of river levels inthe these areas due to tidal effects, winds, or local rainfall andshould be used with caution. In Liberty County, a home on RiverRoad downstream of the Bristol Boat Ramp begins to flood on thelower level.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 11:15 PM EDT Thursday /10:15 PM CDT Thursday/ the stagewas 10.9 feet.- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stagelate this morning and continue rising to a crest of 20.9 feetjust after midnight tonight. It will then rise to 21.9 feetearly Tuesday afternoon.
