Much of Highway 31 from SilverLake to Valley Falls, including Summer Lake and also the mountainsacross Lake County, eastern Klamath County, and Modoc County. Thisincludes the cities of Lakeview, Valley Falls, Paisley. For thewind advisory, highways 97, 140, 395, 299, and 199.
