Flooding may occurin poor drainage and urban areas. Storm drains and ditches maybecome clogged with debris. Extensive street flooding and floodingof creeks and rivers are possible. Mudslides are likely, mainly inareas with saturated soils.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- A combination of an exceptional tropical moisture pattern, alingering frontal boundary to the north, southerly windsbringing additional tropical moisture, and an approachingtropical wave will create favorable conditions highlyconducive to flooding.
