It is moving West Northwestward at 25 km/h. Southwest Monsoon affecting Southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. The 12-hour rainfall forecast is light rains and thunderstorms. WATERCOURSES NO LONGER TO BE AFFECTED : + **Isabela** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Dikatayan, Divilacan and Palanan-Pinacanauan. + **Cagayan** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Linao, Lower Abulug, Lower Pamplona, Cabicungan, Aunugay, Baua, Palawig and Taboan.With this development and unless significant rain occurs, this is the final general flood advisory for this event.
