Continuous snowfall is expected in the west part of Latvia, which will continue during the day. Starting from the morning, the snow depth is expected to increase by 5-9 cm in many places. Driving conditions will become more difficult - some road sections will be slippery, visibility will decrease at times during precipitation. BE AWARE of heavy snowfall!Snowfall can hinder the movement of vehicles on the roads, as well as pedestrian movement.Visibility will be reduced during snowfall and blizzard conditions.Snowfall and wet snow deposits in certain areas can cause tree branches to break and damage power lines.Outdoor activities may be affected in certain areas.Be careful when walking, riding a bike or car.
